Everyone deserves the right to feel safe and live the life they dream of! So I'm running a special donation-based class on Saturday 11th March at 9:15 - 10:15am.

The class will be gentle, energising and themed around the root chakra (Muladhara chakra),  linked to your ability to dig in and feel firmly rooted in your life. Its associated color is red, hence its links to the earth. This energy centre is associated with your sense of security, familial relationships and your feeling of home, which si why I've decided to infuse it into this charity class. Yoga Stops Traffick is an annual worldwide campaign to raise awareness and much-needed funds to support survivors of human trafficking in India. Yoga Stops Traffick unites yoga practioners from across the globe to change lives. The funds raised from the Yoga Stops Traffick events help rescue and rehabilitate survivors.

For over a decade, Yoga Stops Traffick has provided vital support for the women and children at the Odanadi Seva Trust safe houses in Mysore, India. 

With the support of Yoga Stops Traffick, our Indian grassroots partners have:

•Rescued and rehabilitated more than 13,086 women and children

•Carried out 475 rescue missions to underground brothels run by trafficking gangs

•Educated tens of thousands of children, men and women about sexual exploitation

•Re-united 1422 trafficked children to their families

•Brought 459 traffickers to justice
